The arrival of a new chef is always an adventure in a restaurant. At the Mas de l'Echanson, Karim Abou El Ella is now in charge of the menu of this establishment opened in 2011 by Stéphanie Roch, master chef and disciple of Escoffier. It is a high-end cuisine at a more than reasonable price. This is a winning bet for the whole team who only prepares fresh, local products and whose recipes are aimed at the finest palates. The menu changes very regularly, to adapt to the season. To be tested urgently!

Repas du réveillon, réservé "à l'aveugle" car ne connaissant pas l'établissement autrement que par sa réputation. Je dois avouer que nous n'avons pas été déçus. Sur le papier cela s'annonçait intéressant et surprenant. Tout s'est concrétisé dans les assiettes. Juste équilibre des saveurs, associations sortant de l'ordinaire. Côté service, il est juste ce qui nous convient, càd accueillant, chaleureux, sans être envahissant. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner à la belle saison pour découvrir un peu mieux le cadre .
