Establishment proposing a traditional kitchen with a lot of freshness in Châteaurenard.
Valérie and Patrick Malek, already well known in Châteaurenard (they hold the Flamenco Bar), took the reins of this establishment two years ago. The kitchen is traditional and meets a single criterion: of freshness! As you will have understood, we've been banned from frozen, and Le Petit Smart loves it! A slate that changes every day with very effective suggestions: cassolette of Parmesan ravioles, beef carpaccio, cod filet, lobster cream, homemade lasagna, honey cota to honey, tumbling apricot/white cheese… Eric Cavalier, in the kitchen, has good dishes! On the map you can also find brasserie dishes (tender, duck magret, beef ribs, hamburger) and salads.
Une ardoise qui change tous les jours : cassolette de raviolis aux cèpes, pavé de thon aux aubergines, ..., tiramisu , coupe ardéchoise...
