The three-star gourmet restaurant is emblematic of the Anse du Corton, overlooking the beach and the sea and offering sublime views at the foot of Cap Canaille. In the Villa Madie kitchen, Dimitri Droisneau, awarded the^3rd star in 2022, offers refined dishes and welcomes the world's greats to his table. A table that combines gastronomy with sublime surroundings. For lunch, from Thursday to Sunday, opt for the Brasserie du Corton, with a menu inspired by the chef. Maison dans une anse de cassis avec une vue magnifique. Dés que vous arrivez vous avez l’impression d’être sur le pont avant d’un bateau en mer. La cuisine méditerranéenne à base de produits de la mer est créative et pleine de saveur vous fera voyager sur les bords de mer. Nous avons dégusté le thon , la sardine, le loup ( bar ) et le lapin tout cela accompagné de légumes de saison . L’accueil et le service sont au rendez-vous d’une si belle maison sans être ostentatoire . Le personnel est aux petits soins et vous parle de la cuisine avec passion . Nous remercions le chef et son épouse venus nous voir et discuter de leur passion la villa madie.
