Here's a French cuisine rich in tradition, offering you a beautiful slate and a wide choice of tasty dishes made with fresh produce and a lot of passion. Everything is homemade, and Jonathan's bread will delight you. The andouillette is generous and gourmet, the duck breast perfect and the Caesar salad simple but so good and fresh... everything we love. As for desserts, the traditional profiterolles and tarte Tatin won us over. A must-try for a great gourmet experience.

BAR SOLER

The Bar Soler is an emblematic place in Aureille. It has a long history, since it was founded by the former raseteur André Soler, who in his day thrilled the crowds at the Camargue race as part of the legendary Trophé des AS. It's the place to go for Provencal cuisine based on fresh local produce: entrecôte, cheeseburger, Soler salad and more. In summer, it's the place to go for the Club Taurin festival, the Pistou soup on the last Friday in July, or the famous aioli party in August. The bar is open from 7 a.m. to midnight.
