This is chef Céline Pham's first permanent restaurant, located in the heart of Arles on the typical Place Voltaire. Nestled in a chapel dating from 1224, this gourmet restaurant offers divine market cuisine. We enjoyed an unforgettable wing of skate, wild asparagus, potatoes, lime and seaweed tartar. Our neighbor's beef onglet was just as tasty, as was the homemade bread. We finished with a manioc and dark chocolate cake, and we were right. A shock of flavors!
