The formula is now well established and has since become a model. L'Atelier des chefs, born in Paris in 2004, has spread to the provinces. The workshop moved to Aix in 2010 in the historic premises of the former Sicilia Nostra restaurant. Here, the chef invites you into the kitchen and offers a wide range of formulas. With the express formula (30 minutes), for example, you learn how to cook a dish - prawn skewer and eggplant caviar with arugula pesto, chocolate raspberry caramel emulsion fondant - before enjoying it on the spot or at home. Other more in-depth formulas and workshops where the chef teaches you not only how to cook, but also how to choose the right ingredients and even the right utensils to do so. Here you are on the market in Aix, weighing a melon and smelling the herbs... The common denominator: local and seasonal products. On the program: Asian cuisine, Italian cuisine, pastries, seasonal dishes, festive meals, one ingredient, one trick, parent/child classes, chef's seed, the market with the chef, destination cocktails, etc. And to complete the picture, the store area with tableware, bookstore and grocery departments.
