L'ATELIER CUISINE DE MATHILDE
A friendly and family-friendly kitchen workshop. The courses take place in French and English in the great kitchen of a typically aixois apartment, close to the Place des Jeteurs. The lounge table allows you to share the meal. In Mathilde's kitchen program: Provençal cuisine, special courses d 'hôte d' hôte (tasting on site), classes for children, pastry, foie gras, sushi and other trend and/or seasonal dishes. Example of course to put your water in your mouth before you put your hand on it: clafouti of feta basil cherry tomatoes, royal dorade filet virgin sauce, panna cotta verveine and raspberry raspberry gleaming green lemon… You can also learn to make fresh pasta: tagliatelles of raw courgettes with candied tomatoes, fresh ravioli to bush and fresh herbs…
