two modular concert halls with 800 and 2,000 seats, four rehearsal studios, an 80m2 recording studio, four individual dressing rooms and two collective dressing rooms, everything is designed to support current and future artists. Located in the heart of the new Quartier de la Constance in Jas de Bouffan, it can be identified by the architecture of the building designed by Rudy Ricciotti and Jean-Michel Battesti: a block of hard concrete imitating the mineral drape of nearby Sainte-Victoire. Rap, reggae, electro, French songs, an eclectic musical program. Careful reception.
