Points forts:
- résidence bien placée
-résidence bien entretenue avec laverie
-le personnel est compétent et répond rapidement aux demandes
-appartement bien équipé et spacieux
-des places de parking sont réservées pour la résidence
Points faibles:
-appartements un peu vieux (cependant certains sont en rénovation)
-Prix un peu élevé , mais plutôt rentable au vue des points forts
Les appartements rénovés sont propres et on s'y sent bien.
l'emplacement est juste top , proche de gare Sncf /gare routière, 5 min a pied du cours Mirabeau, salle de sport à 3 min et les fac se trouvent entre 10/15 min à pied.
Je recommande cette résidence.
