Bistro offering French cuisine based on Provencal products.
A charming bistro with apparent stone walls, zinc furniture (hence its name) and the imposing fireplace. A refined map that regularly changes and rediscover the classics of French gastronomy. Since its opening, this has ensured the success of this restaurant led by Christophe Formeau. The chef offers cooked cuisine from Provençal products and subtle exotic flavors with which he has familiarized himself on a trip to Costa Rica. Escargots in Bordelaise, duo of homemade liver with its half-figous confite to red wine, its acidulous onion crumble and its ice ball to brown, salad of zinc, honey roquefort, avocado, avocado, magret smoked, tomato). Among the main dishes: heart of bern veal to the quenelle morillae with truffle, braided beef paleron and confit for 7 h with its vegetables, turbot filet on ginger pressed potatoes with olive oil and ice carrots. Beautiful and wide choice of meat grilled meat. All meat is accompanied by tomatoes at Provençal and potatoes with esophageal cream. In the basement, a wine cellar awaits you. Warm and friendly, come and share the love of precious nectar. Please note that small regional producers occupy a beautiful place next to the great wines. The most: to the walls comes the exhibition of Aixian painters.
