The only Iranian restaurant in the Aix region
The jasmine evokes rather Tunisia, even China... However, this delicate and fragrant flower is also emblematic of Iran. This Jasmin is also the only Iranian restaurant in the region. It attracts the lovers of oriental cuisine. Located in the old Aix, the Jasmin treats us for thirty-three years while offering, with all the refinement befitting this cuisine, divine dishes and an attentive service. The spices are declined with subtlety but without excess. Rice, cooked in a traditional way, while starting with boiling water with some saffron filaments, then steamed, melts in the mouth and gives their place to the accompaniments and sauces. Among the classics of the house: barbecue of salmon with saffron and lemon, fricassee of veal with eggplant, without forgetting the tasty kebabs or the lamb leg coated with minced beef meat. A vegetarian menu is also available. For dessert, difficult to resist the baghlava whose Iranian version is lighter than others.
