A fuir ! Chère et aucun service client.
Ne pratique pas le service client ! Très chère en plus d’être arrogant. 40 euros pour changer une roue et si vous leur acheter c’est 25 euros en plus !!! 60e pour un changement de roue whaoouuu ???? ils ont garder ma trotinette 2 jours et ne l’ont même pas chargé. Super le service
Ce sont clairement des voleurs. Temps d’attente affolant pour juste des petites réparations Heureusement qu’il a des personnes sympa sur le Fmarket pour tout type se réparation de trottinettes et moins chère surtout!

je suis reparti avec mon vélo , sans qu'ils fassent le nécessaire sur mon vélo dans le cadre d'une garantie ,ni pris contact avec la marque pour un problème de fourche et de remontage de roue arrière ..décevant
