Valdeblore, or Val-de-Blore, means the valley which opens towards the west, towards the valley of the Tinée. "Blore" would mean in Provençal "grassy slope, very steep, between forest and rocks", which corresponds to the physiognomy of the region. This prosperous valley cultivates an art of living that is good to share. Sharing, like Valdeblore, which is made up of 4 villages: La Bolline, La Roche, Saint-Dalmas and Mollières. In La Bolline, you can stroll through the old streets, where the houses are decorated with shimmering colours and sundials. In La Roche, you will discover a more mountainous habitat with chalets with wooden balconies and slate roofs.
