Favoring short circuits and quality products, the chef prepares a refined and generous traditional French cuisine: brouillade stracciatella with truffle, croque-monsieur with truffle, catch of the day, shellfish, meat, pasta... Special mention for Baeri caviar. A special mention for the homemade desserts. Service is as impeccable as the rest.
