THE CAP - GRAND HOTEL DU CAP FERRAT - FOUR SEASONS
Hotel restaurant with gastronomic cuisine inspired by the sea for Provencal and Mediterranean specialties.
Enjoy the gastronomic cuisine inspired by the sea, prepared by Yoric Tièche; a refined, tasty and refined cuisine. The Provencal and Mediterranean specialities are prepared using fresh produce, some of which comes from the hotel's own gardens! The quality of the products and the impeccable service, in an enchanting setting, are all expressed on the plate. The Grand Hotel has two other restaurants, La Véranda and the club restaurant Le Dauphin.

From the moment we arrived, the lobby welcome felt cold and uninspired. Even the floral arrangements looked wilted and carelessly done—not what you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. Service throughout our stay was lackluster and inattentive, making the high price point feel completely unjustified.
One bright spot was Josef (Greek) at the Veranda bar/restaurant—he was warm, genuine, and truly stood out amidst an otherwise poor experience.
What completely ruined the evening, however, was witnessing three rats scurry out of the trees right in front of us while we were sitting at the bar after dinner. It was shocking and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a supposed five-star property.
Four Seasons Cap Ferrat needs a serious reevaluation of its standards before it can justify its pricing or its name.
