In the heart of the Mercantour National Park, the restaurant Le Pratois welcomes you in a family atmosphere. Their specialties are dishes cooked over a wood fire using local products: rabbit confit, local ewe's milk cheese, grilled Camembert cheese, ham... You can taste them on the shaded terrace or in the beautiful interior room. In October 2022, the managers of the restaurant shared a petition to save the hamlet of Le Pra and their establishment, threatened with evacuation by the authorities because of the danger of floods and landslides...

On a adoré dîner avec les poules qui vadrouillent autour des tables.
Tout est fait maison et ce n'est pas trop cher.
Nous avons même vu des biches au dessus du restaurant pendant que l on prenait l apero..
Bref c'est un coin qu il faut tester et il est préférable de réserver avant d y aller car il n'y a pas de plan B dans le quartier..
