The commune is located in the Val de Sioule, at the edge of the magnificent national forest of Les Colettes, dominated by the imposing medieval castle of Beauvoir. It is at the bend of a road, by seeing a slate bell tower and houses nestled against the church, that this small village of 400 souls, nestled in the hollow of its valley, knows a real happiness.
