Nous n'avions pas réservé mais ils ont réussi à nous trouver une place. Le personnel est très sympathique. Nous avons pris des menus gourmands c'était très copieux et excellent. De la mer à la terre une cuisine goûteuse équilibrée et bien présentée. Une équipe à l'écoute dans un lieu sympathique.

Le bistrot de l'oasis : une adresse raffinée et décontractée à la fois. Des serveurs fort sympathiques, un brin d'humour ... et la cuisine délicieuse avec beaucoup d'audace dans les assemblages de saveurs. Sans faute!!!

Décevant, très cher nous ne reviendrons plus. Nous avons pris le menu en 4 services. L'entrée et le premier plat étaient corrects par contre le second plat était un gros loupé. La viande était bonne et qualitative mais la pomme de terre n'était pas cuite et les gnocchis très farineux. La proportion viande/ garniture n'est pas bien proportionnée.
Le vin rouge du domaine de barbossi est infecte, de la piquette.
Les desserts sont trop sucrés
Le service est à revoir. 3 serveurs dont 2 apprentis perdus. On veut faire des économies mais ça se voit sur le service, par contre addition salée à 200€ pour un repas loupé. Ça se dit bistronomique mais on en est très loin
