(La Tour-sur-Tinée) The Tower-sur-Tinée is a perched village overlooking the Tinée valley. Although being a mountain village - 680 m above sea level, La Tour-sur-Tinée has a more Provencal than Alpine appearance. Its cobbled squares with fountains, vegetation and welcoming benches allow you to take the sun or get involved in the conversation of the people in the village. By walking through its pleasant paved streets, you will find antique houses with arcades, porches and lintels carved above mysterious and very beautiful doors.
