Laurence, a former student at the Lycée hôtelier de Nice and member of the Cercle de la Capelina d'Or, offers cooking workshops to share her family recipes. Laurence offers Saturday classes (mornings or afternoons) lasting around 4 hours, during which young and old alike concoct an entire menu to be enjoyed afterwards. Depending on the theme of the class, you'll no longer have to worry about Niçois stuffing, desserts à la Nissart or seasonal dishes! So you know what you have to do: put on your chef's hat and let Laurence guide you.
