Laurence offers Saturday classes (mornings or afternoons) lasting around 4 hours, during which young and old alike concoct an entire menu to be enjoyed afterwards. Depending on the theme of the class, you'll no longer have to worry about Niçois stuffing, desserts à la Nissart or seasonal dishes! So you know what you have to do: put on your chef's hat and let Laurence guide you.

The SPCOC, canyoning school known for having trained champions, offers kayak rentals on the water. The proposed course is a relatively easy one, which allows you to do the trip in complete autonomy. The equipment is provided, helmet and vest included. The proposed kayaks are open and have a self-bailing system. The meeting point can be at the canoe-kayak base, or upstream of the river depending on the water level.
