An address where you can enjoy the chef's refined dishes, and a menu served at lunchtime at an affordable price, with a seasonal menu

Passionate chef Jacques Chibois celebrates fresh, local produce in his 17th-century Provencal home with a seasonal menu featuring truffles, artichokes, morels, asparagus and olive oil. Our lunch menu, more affordable during the week, reveals the delights of our cuisine in a heavenly setting. Relax and enjoy impeccable service in this idyllic setting, where refinement reigns supreme. A highly recommended address for those wishing to discover the culinary excellence of this great chef.

Impeccable and inventive cuisine, in short real gourmet cuisine. However, I find deplorable that a hotel of this standing offers drinks with finger marks, and I think that it is just a shame that guests who are in a (costume, tailor, blow-dry, watches and jewellery luxury) cause more attention than a small couple ordianaire dressed simply and unpretentious and saves months to treat the only restaurant of the year!
Merrite Lacuisine 5 star but not the rest
