Located on the Roman road, the village has always been an important strategic position since it was one of the main crossing points of the Var river. The village has preserved its medieval elliptical shape with arcaded houses, Romanesque round arches and narrow passages. Only a few ramparts remain from the old castle. At the top of the village, the Saint-Nicolas church, originally Romanesque, was heavily modified in the 18th century. Don't miss the 17th century wooden Virgin and a polychrome wooden sculpture of Saint Nicolas accompanied by three grandchildren.
