The writer Jules Romains loved this little village perched on a hill 300 m above sea level facing the Mont Chauve. Queen Victoria also came from Nice in the carriage to which she gave her name to enjoy a cup of tea. This is why the main square of Falicon is called "Thé de la Reine" (Queen's Tea). The winding pedestrian streets, the trompe-l'oeil facades, the old municipal washhouse with its wooden frame pegged to the old style, the baroque parish church of the Nativity of the Virgin, the oratory of Saint Vincent, patron saint of the village, are worth a thorough visit. Without forgetting the exceptional panorama.
