Cap Estel is felt as a vast and prestigious guest house, as a confidential place to live, combining exigency, discretion and conviviality.

Just a stone's throw from Monaco, majestically set on its private peninsula, Cap Estel knows how to take care of its effects. The imposing entrance gate on the Basse Corniche barely lets you guess the gem that you will discover as you descend towards the sea, some fifty metres below, through an elegantly laid out Mediterranean garden. On two hectares licked by the sea, the magnificent cream-coloured building in Florentine style has welcomed in all intimacy the greats of this world, industrialists, politicians or artists. From Greta Garbo to Georges Pompidou who, like her, had her habits in the private pavilion, via Sir Laurence Olivier, the Beatles, David Niven, Anthony Quinn, the Begum, Gina Lollobrigida, Catherine Deneuve, Robert de Niro or, more recently, Bono and the members of the U2: the guestbook no longer knows where to give her fame.

The arrival of General Manager Eric Paulus four years ago "reopened" Cap Estel, which had gradually locked itself up in its beautiful isolation. The palace also had the good idea to call on Patrick Raingeard, a Michelin-starred chef in Monaco, in 2012, who quickly won a badge in 2013 thanks to his inventive cuisine that is close to the land and the seasons. We will have even more fun this year since the dining room has been completely redesigned.

Cap Estel is also a place of well-being where you can spend a relaxing day at the fitness centre, dive into the infinity pool, laze on a comfortable deckchair in front of a dazzling view of the Mediterranean, relax in the indoor pool heated with fresh water, enjoy a fresh lunch at the exotic pool house under the century-old ficus trees before indulging in an hour of treatment at the Sothys Spa.

The Sea

An invitation to travel, for these luxury rooms in the liner cabin style, whose balcony-railing overlooks the private beach. The waves are only a few meters away!

The Corniche

Four duplex apartments with contemporary decoration in the former stables transformed into a contemporary Italian style pavilion open onto the gardens.

The Park

This wing that encircles the peninsula houses two suites with a casual decor. A real balcony hanging above the waves with its patio in the shade of a hundred-year-old ficus.

Cape Town

We can attribute all the superlatives to him! Luxury rooms and independent suites from 50 to 500 m2 on four levels. Cape Town takes refinement and quality of performance to the extreme. Master bedrooms, dressing room and bathroom, private kitchens, lounges opening on one level on the most beautiful terraces of the French Riviera overlooking the Mediterranean at 180°. All of them exude the atmosphere of sumptuous private villas!

On Sundays, try brunch!

On Sundays, Patrick Raingeard proposes to take his time around an "all champagne" brunch in front of the gardens and the Mediterranean: pastries, freshly squeezed fruit juices, ham on the bone, homemade pastries, seafood, verrines, all washed down with champagne at will. From mid-May to mid-September, barbecue meat and fish for light grilling in a family atmosphere. The pleasure is enjoyed every Sunday from noon for 115 €.

Discover live music in the evening

The "live music" evenings take place on Friday evenings from 7pm to 11pm from the end of May to the end of September. By the swimming pool and pool house, you will love to have a drink and possibly taste some tapas (from 25 €) while listening to the excellent musicians selected. Kick-off on May 22 with Carol Nakari and Friends. Afterwards, musical evenings every Friday until July 17 and from August 28 to September 25. All kinds of music are welcome here, whether salsa, jazz, soul or bossa nova with, among others, Black Jack Salsa, Eric Sempé Trio Pop Jazz, Black Jack Soul... With a special evening being prepared for July 14th .

Don't miss the 5 novelties of the season:

- The new decoration of the restaurant and lounge area and the creation of the adjoining
private dining room - The total redesign of the two suites "Le Parc" completely redesigned on their balcony overlooking the waves
- The new menu of the starred Chef Patrick Raingeard
- The programming of weekly musical evenings by the pool every Friday evening from
May 22nd - The innovation of a meat and fish barbecue at the pool house on Sundays which will replace the traditional brunch proposed until then.
