Jean-Pierre Silva, a former star chef in Côte d 'Or and former owner of La Plage Ondine in Cannes, has transformed an old garage into wine cellar, where a mirific cellar is rich, rich with an exceptional collection of wines from France and the world, including almost 300 references in Burgundy. To accompany these nectars, we spoil charcuterie, canals, pasta, risottos and simple desserts.
