This double starred restaurant is conducted by the chef Christian Sinicropi since 2007. Always faithful to his concept he offers, twice a year, new pieces of hand-drawn ceramic dishes designed to welcome his culinary compositions. This approach, certainly unique in the world, follows a very specific process: search the form, design, identity and reflection of the artist and then selection of the product - the essential for him -, and preparation of the recipe. Originality, taste and precision: spider crab cooked like a caramel cream, lamb cooked for 72 h, cedrat and Grany Smith in sorbet, pie, marmalade and crystalline. A very delicate trip!
