This is not called "hamburger" but "hamburger". 100% French meat, carefully selected cheeses, bread supplied by a baker 'made in Cannes', at Big Fernand we don't joke with taste. Opened since the summer of 2016, the famous sign has moved into the city of cinema, distilling its concept of an American sandwich with bold but always quality ingredients: Veal, lamb, Alpine raclette with raw milk, grilled aubergines… The hamburgers are accompanied by "falade" or "Fernandines", delicious homemade fries. A concept that works! Very friendly staff.
