Le Grimaldi is the "bistronomic" table of the eponymous hotel, located on the heights of Cagnes-sur-Mer, in the heart of the medieval village. Only fresh products are served here and the cuisine is inspired by the South. Installed on the terrace or in the interior room, you will certainly appreciate the chef's tasty and generous recipes. The wine list favors small local wine producers, most of them organic. At the bar, you can take a break to contemplate the castle while sipping a cocktail, under the jazzy rhythms of the Friday evening in summer.

Bien longtemps que nous n’avions pas aussi bien dîner dans un restaurant , cuisine qui sort vraiment de l’ordinaire, serveur très sympathique
