The address has kept the spirit of a brasserie, with careful decoration and comfortable furniture, and it deserves its reputation in the Roya valley, as much by the quality of the products as by the traditional and family cuisine. The meats are labelled (Montbéliard, Charolais, etc.) and the dishes are prepared according to the seasons. The desserts are home-made. The portions are generous. Note the small bar in the anteroom and the large flowered terrace, sunny in spring and shady in summer. Good welcome and attentive service from the owner.
