Here, we make homemade ravioli (with wild spinach and nettle) and the chef doesn't hesitate to invite you into the kitchen to show you the final stages of their preparation! In the plate, they are unanimous and we will advise you to taste them. Moreover, everything is done according to the chef's wishes. Also on the menu, depending on the day, stew, charcuterie and cow's milk... A generous and authentic local cuisine, to be savoured well at the table and, weather permitting, on the terrace to enjoy the view of the larch trees, the valley and the lake. Relaxing and succulent.
