Presentation: The Richaud canning factory in Valensole is a family business created at the end of the sixties. This cannery produces pâtés and ready meals inspired by the terroir of Provence.
Products: Today, the cannery offers 25 pâtés and 3 dishes cooked according to traditional recipes. Among the dishes made on site, you will find pâtés with aromatic plants (basil, juniper, herbes de Provence, lavender, marjoram, rosemary, savory, sage, snake, thyme), specialities (goat cheese pâté, terrine with olives, terrine with honey, Provençal quail, terrine with genepi), poultry pâtés (quail with juniper, duck) as well as game pâtés (deer, pheasant, hare, wild boar). The three ready-made dishes on offer are as follows: piglet stew, Provençal stew and package feet.
