In this bakery the breads are made with organic flours. You will love the stone bread, the small spelt bread with very little gluten, the corn bread, the walnut bread, the Auvergnat country bread, the half-wheat and half-rye bread and the hard rye sourdough, plain or with raisins, as well as the olive baguette. Excellent viennoiseries, pure butter croissants, praline brioches, raisin bread, meringues and blueberry tarts. Finally, don't miss the local specialties: the pompe aux grattons, the pâté à la viande and the pâté aux pommes de terre.
