Their inventive, refined, semi-gastronomic cuisine offers an exceptional culinary journey. Enjoy house specialties such as Mediterranean fish soup, local leg of lamb, Valensole goat's cheese crumble, red mullet and leek bavarois, or pan-fried prawns with parsley. Superbe adresse. Un accueil avec le chef en grande toque c'est rare et ça nous a immédiatement plu. La cuisine est incroyable, mention spéciale pour la crème brûlée foie gras et la soupe de pois cassés ???? nous avons réussi a engloutir la fondue roquefort, en se disant qu'il fallait y penser ???? Un service impeccable et souriant de bout en bout. Tout ça pour un tarif très modéré pour cette qualité. Un sans faute. Heureusement que nous avions réservés, cette adresse est prisée. Merci pour cet excellent moment ????
