Charming restaurant with covered terrace to enjoy a light Provencal cuisine
This charming restaurant evolves with the seasons. In summer, you'll enjoy light Provencal cuisine on a terrace shaded by a brand-new flower-filled pergola. Dishes are prepared using fresh, French and local produce, such as fresh fish tartare or colorful vegetable salads. Vegetarians will be delighted. Desserts are succulent. In winter, Savoyard cuisine will warm you up. Aïgo Blanco, which means "white water" (in reference to the color of the Pastis of yesteryear), comes into its own here.

La fondue savoyarde pour deux, très bonne, n était pas copieuse.
Le service du dessert a été un peu vite expédié ( terrine de chocolat confit et sa boule de glace mais sans la boule de glace).
Le burger black Angus demandé bleu a été servis trop cuit.
Bref, un service qui manque de rigueur.
Il est rare que l'on trouve en plein été, dans une zone touristique, cette qualité dans l'assiette!
Cadre très agréable au sein de la ville fortifiée.
