Alexandre Clochard's meat terrines are inspired by his grandmothers' cooking, and each creation is named after a grandparent. Ingredients are sourced within 30 km of his home. He imagines delicious recipes based on beer, chanterelle mushrooms, green garlic... and produces them all year round, using traditional methods. On the sweet side, he makes Clochettes du Poitou (his childhood nickname)! He roasts nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, etc.), then wraps them in sugar and chocolate. A delicious treat!
