La Manuf is the story of a group of friends, their craft beer tasting club, and a dream: to create their own brewery. Their recipes are the fruit of a collective effervescence, while remaining true to their identity: beers with a strong hoppy character. At La Manuf, we like to innovate, and these activists of good foam have launched Le Labo. Every month, 3 new barrique brews make their debut, limited editions with surprising flavors. "It is to drink that we need", but beware, not just any wine, Renée unearths nuggets with passion. As a certified sommelier, she likes to showcase organic, natural and biodynamic wines from small winemakers in France and abroad in her small cellar. Each bottle is selected with great care and Renée loves to share her knowledge.
