For some years now, he has made us discover his talent either in his shop on the Notre-Dame market on Thursdays or at his Côté Place store just steps from town hall. He skilfully personnaliser his work by combining tradition and innovation. Side pastry is a real treat: regional flavours (the almond macaroné or the Compostelle of travel to cognac) to the assembled parts, specialities (the Shock-pralin: almond pralin, laminated praline and chocolate foam) to pies (pineapple-citrus, peach-pistachio), you can invent events to celebrate in order to taste everything!
