Rocinante or the world tour of wines in eighty days, hours, minutes! Here, you will revise your Spanish literature classics but will free yourself from ordinary drinks by discovering the exquisite sample of wines from France and Navarre (from Georgia and even from America!) put forward by a passionate of history, grape varieties and good things. Every day behind her stoves, Renée prepares the traditional tortilla española and offers Portuguese preserves, empanadas, artisanal pâtés, cheeses and charcuterie, all well chosen and cut to order. Both a wine cellar and a wine bar, Rocinante lends itself to the tasting of rare and sulfite-free blends, such as the Chilean wine Salvaje, which subtly blends roussanne and syrah.
