La Nobilienne is the association of the Irani brothers, two local children, one a brewer and the other a market gardener, to take over the bar-restaurant in their village. They were quickly joined by the chef Hanna Augustin and the pastry chef Mickaël Clément to defend a convivial cuisine at the Auberge de l'Abbaye in the center of Nouaillé-Maupertuis, next to the magnificent abbey site.

For the team, cooking cannot be imagined without quality raw materials and a close relationship with local producers. The Auberge also offers its pretty terrace during the summer to spend pleasant and sometimes festive moments. Entertainment takes place every Thursday evening: free concert, belote, shuffleboard or chess tournament, board game night, quiz... to enjoy with a board or a burger and a nice wine, cocktail and beer list.
