MOULIÈRE FOREST

The Moulière forest is one of the region's largest tracts of unspoilt countryside. with 7,000 ha of woodland, there's plenty of scope for lovely walks, bike rides and horseback riding. The forest is teeming with deer, wild boar and birds that are hard to hear but hard to see. For lovers of fauna, flora and fresh air, hiking trails start from the Maison de la Forêt on the edge of this immense green lung. The Maison de la Forêt is also an exhibition space, with a bar, games and relaxation area, as well as events and workshops.
