Since 1910, the vineyards have covered Bransat, Verneuil-en-Bourbonnais, Montord AOC and two non-AOC vineyards on the estate, totaling some 8 ha. The new terraced plots are farmed organically. The Gamay and Pinot Noir cuvée Les Maltôtes is also available in Chardonnay and Tressallier. Cuvée Le Quarteron, made from chardonnay, tressallier and sauvignon, is aged in Tronçais oak barrels. Vin d'Alon, made from chardonnay and tressallier, is aged in vats. Cuvée S.A.S. Le prince Charles-Henri de Lobkowicz, made from vin d'Alon, is aged in barrel.

Mathieu Cartoux, who has a scientific and agronomic background, created the Jardin Safrané with the aim of reviving a prestigious but forgotten crop: the cultivation of crocus sativus, or saffron crocus. The farm is currently undergoing organic conversion, as their practices are oriented towards agricultural production that respects the soil, wildlife and biodiversity. In the store, you will find saffron stigmas in different packaging, strawberry or cherry jams with saffron, green tea jellies with saffron, red fruit jellies, raspberry jams... Also to be discovered is saffron syrup, ideal in sparkling wines, on fresh cheeses or as a topping on desserts; and very soon, fig/pear/plum saffron jams, quince jellies with saffron and chutneys with onions, spicy sun vegetables and figs.

Jean Teissèdre vinifies his own wines and harvests by hand. His 9-hectare AOC estate is located on clay-limestone soils. White wines include L'Autochtone, Pet Nat and Tresaille, as well as Tressailler, a dry sparkling wine, all made from the local tressallier grape, blended with chardonnay to produce L'Aurence and L'Intrépide. In red pinot noir, cuvées Auvernat, La Chabanne, La Prugne, in gamay Mille-Pattes and a rosé. Les Grandes Brières, a blend of the two grape varieties, is a wine for laying down, much appreciated by wine professionals.

Since 2020, a small team of enthusiasts has been revitalizing the estate, which includes a manor house, a winery and an adjacent walled vineyard planted on a gently sloping hillside. Two nearby plots complete the 10-hectare estate, with pinot noir and gamay for the reds, cuvées Les Rocs and Les Grands Rangs. Chardonnay and tressallier - the historic grape variety - for the whites. Red and white wines include Cerf Volant and Barnabooth. Free guided tours. Toilet facilities. Motorhome access. Parking lot.
