Busset is a charming village renowned for its incredible castle. Built in the middle of the village, it was built in the 13th century by the Sires de Vichy and then transformed into a bourgeois castle by one of the descendants of Saint-Louis, from the Bourbon-Busset house. The current church, built in 1840, is adjacent to the castle. Every year, during the second weekend of August, the town hosts "Les Médiévales de Busset". Knights, merchants and troubadours take over the streets and many activities are organized: craft market, horseback riding demonstrations, fire-eaters and medieval meals.
