The products offered by Monsieur Chouc come from the Fenioux pig farm: the animals are reared in the open air, in full compliance with the Bleu Blanc Coeur Label specifications, with pigs fed on cereals, vegetable proteins and linseed which promote the intake of omega 3. The pork meats are made in the traditional way, in the respect of the cooking of the pig of yesteryear (stewed). Seven sales outlets are available under the L'heure du marché brand.
