The Huvelin family business has been shining with its creations since 1963. A total of 59 types of chocolate bonbons, bouchées, tablettes, "carrés origines", pralines, ganaches and a hint of Pamplie salted butter, all prepared by hand. The establishment also works with the emblematic angelica, in its candied version, in jams, compotes and liqueurs obtained by maceration. What can I say? Oh yes, it's a Niort landmark: a visit is a must!
