Read moreWe are always well received at Sainte-Marthe and rather quickly served too! On the menu: traditional or original pancakes. There is something for everyone, from the complete meal (egg, ham, cheese), to the Nordic meal (smoked salmon, cream) and sweet/salty crepes. Salads are not to be outdone (try for example the hot goat cheese salad) for the summer months. For dessert: the pancakes can be served with scoops of ice cream (the delicious salted butter caramel ice cream), chocolate, whipped cream or coconut. You will also discover pure buckwheat pancakes. In summer, take advantage of the small terrace outside to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
