Sports and leisure activities Ménigoute

Ménigoute, nestled in a well-preserved natural setting, has two outdoor itineraries: you can download the routes on the town's website, under the headings Discover/Tourist Heritage). The 25.2 km mountain bike loop takes you through Fomperron and its fountains, Bois-Pouvreau and the centre of Ménigoute. The 4.5 km long walk (about 2 hours, marked in blue) will make you appreciate the calm, the scenery, the fauna and flora of Gâtine.
