THE artisanal tourteau-cheese factory, the guarantor of centuries-old traditions and tricks of the trade. So it's here, almost in the middle of nowhere, that you'll have to learn all about this sweet UFO made with goat's milk and a soot-black grilled crust. Virtually 100% of the ingredients are local (except for the sugar), hand-brewed and baked at 285°. A household name, the house remains the darling of the major catering establishments; it was even invited to the Elysée Palace by the presidential pastry chef! Brioches and pure butter crushed prunes are also available.

exelent tourteaux fromaget certe a un prix plus eleve que ceux de la grande distribution.. mais a qualitee prix imbatable ..
pour noee en 2016 je me suis regale de leur buches de noel fait ( comme pour les tourteaux ) avec du beurrre aoc des deux sevres ( je vois regulierement les emballage carton des fornisseurs lorsque je me rends directement
chez lz producteur.. .enfin n i yallez pas tous sinon y en aurat plus pour moi ..lol... car produit fait sur une courte duree prix tourteau 3 euros buche de noel 10 la 6 parts

Excellents tourteaux et fromagers. De très bons produits régionaux que l'on trouve facilement aux marchés de Lezay, Niort etc...ou directement à l'entreprise Baubeau.
