Emmanuelle and Mathias work hard, taking good care of their animals, their goats from the Poitou region, to create quality cheeses that vary in taste and shape. Passionate about their business, they make it a point of honor to respect the environment and nature, and offer "Farm Knowledge Stays", on request, to share their profession as farmers.
