This is the story of Louis and Marguerite, who in 1968 set up a farm in La Chapelle-Thireuil. Converted to organic farming over 30 years ago, it is now farmed by their grandchildren, Thomas and Karine, who have created a brewery to enhance the farm's cereals. Their slogan: "From earth to beer". A distillery and canning facility have since been added to the project. They welcome you for a playful tour or for workshops on brewing their farmhouse beers.
